A D A E Z É  LINGERIE does not offer refunds and we run an Exchange Only policy.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders  over $75.00, $5.95 flat rate for Canada and $6.95 flat rate for the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. It takes 2-3 business days to process your order in our warehouse, and you may expect your package to be delivered:

  • within 4-8 business days of the shipping date to a U.S. address

  • within 6-11 business days of the shipping date to a Canadian address (subject to customs)

  • within 6-11 business days of the shipping date to an Australian and United Kingdom address (subject to customs)

  • within 7-12 business days of the shipping date to New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia (subject to customs)

When your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Just select the order you would like to track and click on the "Track Package" button (please make sure you are logged in into your account before accessing the link).

Please note that we only ship to U.S. territories, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and Australia at the moment.

Need it in a flash? We offer the following accelerated shipping options for U.S. customers only:

  • Priority shipping: 1-4 business days (including Saturday delivery) for $9.95

Please be advised that these delivery times do not take into consideration our 1-2 business days processing time at the warehouse. 

Exchange Policy

  • Make sure to ship back the entire set in its new, unworn condition within 15 days of delivery! We cannot accept partial sets (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty)

  • Only items such as our robes or apparel can be returned

  • BEFORE shipping, email the company for any specific instructions, such as the address

  • Print and complete the Exchange form available from your email details once you have requested a label

  • Pack the items and exchange form in the original box, then seal securely with tape to prevent contents from falling out

  • Drop the return in your mailbox at a post office, also ask for the tracking # at the post office and email the tracking number to adaezelingerie@gmail.com.
